Did you know most states have a cap on medical malpractice damages which is normally on pain & suffering?
The caps essentially allow a doctor to amputate the wrong leg and the max compensation in Nevada is $350,000. What’s the cap in your state?
Why do doctors get this protection when no other profession in the world does?
Robert gives a great overview but the bigger message you’ll get from the show is just how much our lives are controlled & dictated by industries, politicians and lobbyists.
This will make you think about much more than medical malpractice…
What do you say when a Process Server asks you who you are & is ready to hand you an envelope?
You're coaching a little league game and an angry parent pushes you during a heated dispute about his son being taken out during the 2nd inning...now what?
Jury Duty Summons - To Throw Away or Not Throw Away - That is the question!
Robert delivers invaluable insight on 5 very common issues that will prepare you for when one of them happens to you. We also share some entertaining personal experiences that add humor throughout the entire show - Legal & Laughs...what a perfect combination…This is definitely worth listening to!
We start the show with a great conversation about capitalism and our thoughts towards those who want to replace it.
Are you thinking about starting a business? Expanding yours? When is the last time you reviewed your business plan and various agreements? Who’s on your financial/legal team & how are those relationships?
Robert shares critical steps that are absolutely necessary before you “open your doors” to build the foundation for success and the issues facing established businesses that may surprise you…and you need to be prepared for.
He also discusses the incredible value of meeting with an attorney rather than just filling out documents from Legal Zoom. A business consultation gives you the opportunity to ask key questions, get feedback on your business plan and provides you with the accurate information and tools you need to be as successful as possible.
Avoid joining the 50% of businesses that fail within their first 5 years…
Do you know how much coverage you have on your car and home when there’s an accident? What about on yourself? We usually pick our insurance companies, policies and plans by the cost of the premium when we really should be focused on what and how much is actually covered. It’s not a matter of IF, it’s WHEN.
Robert shares how to be prepared for when something happens to or against you by giving very important information on insurance, coverage and real-life stories that will make you realize how critical it is you have the right policies to protect yourself.
It’s all about being proactive…just a simple review of documents & a phone call can literally change your life!
When you think ESTATE…do you think mansions & money? Think again. The real definition = “all the money and property owned by a particular person”…that means everyone who’s reading this. Robert simplifies what Estate Planning is really all about & explains why everyone needs a trust – even if you don’t own a home! He also discusses Homesteads, Probate, Series LLC’s & more. It’s a new way to look at “CYA” & one of the most important shows you should listen to!
The Premiere Segment of THE MASSI MEMO with Robert Massi discusses a very relevant issue - the mass exodus of Californians because of their ridiculously high taxes. In the past 4 years, 1.2 million people escaped the greedy paws of government & opted for more money in their own pockets! Robert shares what you need to know if you moved and how the communities receiving these new friends are affected.
We also pay a tribute to his dad, Bob Massi "The Property Man" & Fox News Legal Analyst - who passed in February. Robert is taking the reins & will be delivering THE MASSI MEMO on the 1st & 3rd Fridays of Every Month...The Legacy Lives On!

I’ve been a fan of Bob’s for years and when I was asked to be a guest on a Arizona Real Estate Matters Talk Radio Show on 960am in Phoenix, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to call Bob – whom I didn’t know - & invite him to join me. I cold called his office in Las Vegas, spoke to his office manager, gave my best pitch and her response, “thank you so much for thinking of Bob. I need to check with him but I’m sure he would love to do it”
Bob joined me on the 960am show, was a guest on the Everything Home show and when he came here to speak at an event, I was honored to spend a few hours having breakfast with him & his wife Lynn and listen to his presentation.
Our 1st show will air later this month and Robert will be joining me weekly to share a new approach to delivering advice and insight on relevant legal issues and topics. He also has a great personality so I guarantee the shows will be very entertaining.
To wrap up this tribute to my friend Bob Massi, I wanted to say THANK YOU Bob…for being such a generous man, for being so helpful, for being so thoughtful, for calling me back, for having enough confidence in me to actually join me as a guest on a syndicated talk radio show, & then for being a guest on my show, Thank you Bob for inviting me to your event, introducing me to your wife and getting to know me at breakfast and for being such a Class Act!
